Our management team consists of industry veterans with decades of experience in media buying, search marketing, online advertising, traffic optimization, and analytics.

Leadership at the Source

Alex Rowland – President

Alex is serial founder and CEO. Prior to AdSource, Alex was the president of Emerge Digital where he successfully led the audience development and optimization efforts of several online properties. Alex also founded USPowerSolutions Corp. (USPS), a provider of enterprise software solutions to retail energy companies. USPS grew to 65 employees and over 500,000 consumer accounts before being sold to Green Mountain Energy Company in July 2002. Prior to USPS, Alex founded a consulting business called ICSolutions that provided Intranet development services to small-cap enterprises. Alex attended Bowdoin College.

Alina Kope – VP of Advertiser and Publisher Development

Alina is a founding member of AdSource. After her foray into online advertising in 2007 with Advertise.com, Alina become a powerhouse in managing online engagement campaigns. Having managed over 50 million dollars in online advertising budgets for some of the web’s largest brands, she has been lauded by her direct and agency clients as being key factor in achieving unprecedented audience growth. Alina has a BA in Business and Management University of Transylvania.

Simon Chernin – Director of Business Development

Simon is also a founding member of AdSource. Since 2004, he has been a mainstay in the online marketing community having a hand in success of countless marketing, social, leaden, PR, and business development initiatives along his career. Prior to AdSource, he was the Marketing Director for Advertise.com where he was a key player in it’s growth and market presence. Simon hails from California State University Northridge graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing.
